sorry, jorgy. you came off to me the same as you did jeff. if a person thinks they have a problem then they have one. it may not be what they are asking about, but whether its a symptom or the real problem the fact remains there is a problem. this forum seems to exist as a place people can seek help, support, and empathy. i have found all three things here and look forward to more of the same as i to try to deal with failed surgery, failed cpap therapy (am retrying that) and the problems associated with sleep apnea. in any case, we'll all have to "just deal with it" in our own way. for now, i will settle for asking other people how they resolved a particular problem and hope to offer my own experiences to those who ask without judging whether it is a symptom or the problem. did it ever come to your mind that someone with compulsive disorder might not be able to stand even the small sound the air discharge makes? or, would that be consider whining about the insignificant?
