Stop the night time feedings. It is probably the most common reason children wake up at this age. They have proven they can spend a minimum of 6 hours without food at night, so after their last feeding of the night, do not feed them again until atleast 6 hours have gone by. If they wake up before then, give them love but not food. The children will learn to adapt to each other's sleep. Keeping them in the same room is a good idea. Good luck
