INFOMATION ON DEPRIVATION OF R.E.M. SLEEP

Posted by Bryan J. Clark on May 20, 1998 at 05:21:57:

Hi there. My name is Bryan J. Clark and I am a 16 year old living in Canada. From many of my friends, I have been told that I have good writing abilities. As an amateur writer, I am putting all of my energy into a novel that I plan to write about a fictional person who suffers from deprivation of R.E.M. sleep. This person can sleep fine, but they cannot engage in R.E.M. Sleep. I need some background infomation on the subject: medications, brain functions, treatments and anything else, would help me greatly. Thank you.
