Dear Lew,

Do you also have a runny nose? There are different types of nasal sprays, some by prescription and some just saline, sometimes they help. I'd have to agree with Jorgy, a humidifier will make the CPAP easier to tolerate, heated is definetly superior but the passover may help too.
