The interface, mask, you are referring to is caled the ADAM circuit nasal pillows. I have used this interface since 1990. I prefer it, and have found things to make it work better for me. I use 2 swivels and a flex tube assembly, I also you a moisture barrier cream around my nostrils to prevent irritation. I hope this helps.
