Joe, I also snore and have been following the comments by David Smoler. I also have a deviated septum which "I" think is the major culprit. Please tell me how you went about deciding what to do? I have a mouthpiece that is about 25% effective but the love of my life still has to leave the room for a good nights sleep. I'm confused by the choices. I had the sleep lab and was told that I do not have have apnea. I am a big guy (6'2" and 240lbs)so i'm not thin but not real overweight. I seem to be on the edge of so many symptoms that I see everyone describing and I'm baffled as to making an informed choice. Your method? Thanks..............
