somnoplasty

I want to have the somnoplasty procedure done. I know I have OSA. I live in the Charlotte, NC area and have not found a clinic that does this. Just started searching. How much does it cost? Risks and side effects? Is a sleep study absolutely required? Please help. Thanks.
