Weeks ago, Mr Packard had a WLST and we understood that it would resolve the issue of whether he was safe to drive to business seminars and meetings. The company he works for has an occupational health office and they flipped when he started having problems and one of the doctors wanted him to keep oxygen with him. It looks like in Peoria, IL they are 10 years behind because the shortness of breath and blueness looks to be a combination of the high setting on the old CPAP machine and hypoventilation and we're being told from the physician there isn't any treatment.
Anyway, the pulmnary physician has neglected to write a letter and Mr. Packard's career could be jeopardized . Last Thursday we were told he had to take a MWT test. Which frankly was a piece of crap. It was urgent to get the results and get this letter to the company. It still hasn't been done.

I had seen no one talking about these tests to speak of.
From our experience it isn't a good idea and causes descrimination.

It amounts to the physician refusing to take my word that I am having continual problems with Mr Packard forgetting things from his daily routine to major situations. And it looks like in Peoria, IL there is no solution to the memory deals.

From his work, I can say I have observed that he is adequately addressing the business requirments. And that ourside work he is experiencing problems from poor sleep.

I suspect it is a matter of how well controlled the sleep apnea remains.. That there is no perfect solution. that allergy time is a disaster. And that Peoria, IL doesn't have the best sleep disorders help in the world.

If someone is suggesting a MLST or MWT...be real careful.

How long are patients waiting for test results???
I may be past being reasonable considering the conditions we're living in..
