Iam using a respornic LX it is a far quiter machine then the Sullivan V which was provided to me by my Health Care, only problem I am a light sleeper and i seem to awake each time it changes it's presure, also I hear some of the tranquility quest machines are quiter, so far i am happy with my Virtuso LX, but it does not work with the mirage mask which is far more comfortable then the Goldseal
