i never felt the great immediate imprtovement that others have mentioned from the cpap. i mentioned this to my sleep doc and he said it was not uncommon for those who do to come down from that initial great feeling but he didn't elaborate why or what to do about it. one thing my family doc and i decided was to switch the anithistamine i was taking. that helped a lot with next day drowsiness. note that most antihistamines caution about drowsiness. if you are taking an antihistamine you might try switching. good luck.
