Michael, People change every year physiologically. You lose weight, gain weight and so-forth. You should be seen in the lab for a re-titration. This is something that is commonly done in the sleep lab. Just like your car needs a tune-up, you need one too. It's not uncommon for a pt. to be adjusted 3 or 4 times over a 5 year period. It's a pain in the butt, but needs to be done. Are you waking up with a dry mouth on cpap. If you are, than I would suggest a chinstrap if you don't have one. Call your sleep lab & they would explain in more detail. Good Luck.
