hi karen!

i too have been wondering about "alternative" treatments to sleep disorders for quite some time. It seems the main focus of the sleep disorder community is on western-style pharmaceutical techniques as treatment. I've had narcolepsy for fifteen years and have noticed that an eastern-style "chi" or "prana" model and treatment (i.e. 'energy work') makes more intuitive sense to me. I'm interested in hearing from others involved in various forms of non-pharmaceutical treatments for any sleep disorders. What did you have in mind for the homeopathic remedy? To what class are you presenting? Good luck! Russell
