I'm so gald I read your statement. I have the same problem. It's been almost a year since I've slept through the night. For me though I see bugs or hear the neighbours in my room. I know it's rediculous but I just can't convince myself to sleep through it. I wake up startled and afraid, I even get out of bed and check everything for bugs. Recently it's been a feeling that my landlords are looking at me through the ceiling and talking about me. How they can get rid of me.
