Your answer:

1. Lose 121lbs.
2. Meanwhile, get retitrated at an ASDA Certified Sleep Disorders Center by an RPSGT with several years of experience.
3. As an absolutely last resort after you have lost 121lbs., go see the ENT physician. ENT surgery while you are still overweight will almost certainly be useless, painful, and when the scar tissue grows back will need to be repeated in as little as 2 years.

There just is no substitute for a proper CPAP titration at an accredited ASDA Center.

Also, you may need high CPAP pressures. PB makes a machine which goes to 35cm. I know of a pt on 30cm right now and he is sleeping great.
