I'm so sorry to hear about all of your symptoms. Unfortunately, I can't really say what the best treatment is. I too have been told that a pineal cyst is no big deal, but it doesn't seem like no big deal when you have symptoms, does it? I think it all depends on the doctor. Some think its nothing, some think that it should be removed or drained. I don't know how to get a definite answer for myself or for you, but I suggest getting as many opinions as are necessary to make you feel at ease. I also suggest getting regular MRIs so you can monitor its growth.

Good luck.
Keep me informed of your progress.

Eva

PS I have heard that loss of "upward gaze" (being unable to rotate your eyes up) is a symptom of a pineal disorder. You may want to get your reflexes tested as well.
