the numbers I mentioned before were from the MLST,has history of hypnogogic hallucinations and sleep paralysis the patient also had and over night study with these results: stage1- 14.5min, stage2-207min, stage3- 55min, stage4- 49.5min, patient had 165 arousals and 29 awakenings, 32 hypopneas, 0 apneas, 60 periodic leg movements, total test time was 6.99 hrs and the patient had a total sleep time of 6.38 hrs. does any one still think this is Narcolepsy? this case is a difficult one and your opinion is greatly appreciated.
