Not much Eva. The best thing I have found is to keep as much light out as possible, and eat mostly protein rich foods in the early hours. I've noticed that the insulin problems caused by my cortisol and Pcos complications have a great deal to do with the headaches. Managing the production of seratonin through diet has had a good effect. I still have headaches, but they aren't as bad as before, nor as frequent. The main problems I have are when I deviate from my diet regiment. If you know something about melatonin, seratonin, insulin, light, the endocrine system, testosterone, estrogen, glucose, the pineal, the pituitary, and how light interacts with these, it helps. I don't expect other people to know that. But you could learn from the book The Seratonin Solution. It's really for people concerned with weight loss, but there is a lot of easily understood and reliable information in there about how diet affects these levels. You may want to try something like that, but always consult a doctor. In any case, it is a good read, it isn't easy to find, but it is divided up well within the book so if you just read the general chapters you don't have to read the whole thing. Since the bulk of it is aimed at weight issues, I don't suggest you put out a lot of money for it. Don't buy it, just check it out at a library.

Good luck.
Amber
