Frustrating situation: a patient needs 14cm, but gets air intrusion into stomach at 10-11cm. This causes numerous sleep disruptions, negating the benfits of CPAP.

Three questions:

1. Has anyone else run up against this problem?
2. Any suggestions on overcoming this?
3. Any resources for further information regarding this type of problem

MUCH APPRECIATION for any input on this matter!
