Kerri,
I really don't know what to tell you - so sad. If you've read any of my postings you've seen that I've gone to Mayos and saw an endo, an RE and neurologist whom all were disinterested in the matter. There is a researcher there whom I couldn't get into due to timing that I intend of sending a letter to. I'll make a point to do that this week.He has conducted research on I think rats (just what we want to compare ourselves to but it's a start). I want to see if he'd be interested in my case because I know that this gland is more important than what it's given credit! I'm not sure how or what it may be but too many of us are having too many of the same problems. I too do not sleep through the night.
I've read 'The Seratonin Solution' and have not yet started a book on melatonin. They were just $5.00 paperbacks from Barnes and Noble. I don't know that you'd really get a whole lot out of them but I purchased them just the same.
I will keep in touch to let you know what I've found. Oh yeah, Dart (a law student I've met here) has had surgery and is due for another within the year. He just mailed me last week so I'll respond and ask him more - -
will follow up - we need to stick together on this silly thing.
