What are people doing with the 30 Apnea rule before treatment for OSA. Have a patient with 20 apneas and 120 hypopneas over a 7 hour study. RDI is 20 with minimum O2 of 84 percent. Epworth 18. Loud snoring. Are people filling in 140 next to apnea count on the form? More "liberal" scoring of apnea?
