i took a summer off from college to do the following :

1. expose myself to natural bright lights during the day
2. increased my calcium intake
3. turned off all lights at night completely
( 1 and 3 re-set your day/night cycles )
4. exercise during the day
5. stopped smoking
6. had a sleep study and indicated that I do not have enough Saturated oxygen level at night
7. became a nose breather to maximize lung intake
and posture straightened to maximize lung intake
8. took all PCs and TVs out of my bedroom : bedroom is only for sleeping
9. never argue with people in the bedroom, only outside
10. no caffeine after 3 pm
11. helping other people is instant good karma, try volunteering some where
