I am a QMRP an an ICF/MR. I have a 52 year old Downs Syndrome client that has always experienced sleep irregularities. This client will often not sleep all night until about 4:00am or later in the morning. This client is then (obviously) very sleepy throughout the day and is therefore very difficult for us to help. This does not always occur, but is often and shows no pattern. Please respond with any thoughts/advice. Thank you!
