I have heard that a sleep cycle occurs about every 90 minutes or so. Is it beneficial, meaning will a person feel more refreshed/less groggy, to wake up at a certain part of this sleep cycle. Should you attmept to time your alarm so that you wake up after enough sleep so that you are near the ending of one of those 90 minute cycles?
