Adults are reluctant to give specific advice to kids and teens for good reason. The young are in the process of rapid change and it's hard to know if this isn't just a passing phase. Also we old folk would be preempting parental rights. Though some sleep phase delay (that sounds like something your describing) is normal at your age but it seems to have gotten out of control. Talk to your folks about it or a conselor at school. You should be evaluated by some one competent otherwise your school work will suffer as well as many other aspects of your life.
Good Luck
