I am writing as I wonder if you can help me with a patient. I have a patient with DSPS who is having benefit from a therapy with melatonin. He will move to USA in a week and I think it would be advisable for him to continue the therapy. I would need to know the commercial name of a melatonin preparation with controlled release. SOmething available without medical prescription would be a lot better, as my prescriptions are not valide outside Europe.
