I would recommend hiring a registered poly tech with experience in clinical medicine. Just like a PA or NP, they can see patients and evaluate / follow-up and if they order meds or labs, etc, it is under your liscence and needs your signature, also just like a PA or NP. The main advantages are that they are experienced in sleep medicine, unlike most PA or NPs, and they cost less.
