unclear sleep study results

Highlights:Pt had rem latency of 130min,mean Oxygen sat. of 93, 2Apneas, 17 Hypoapneas,17%of wake during sleep,(wakings follow arousal after REM). There is no Delta sleep. Pt is HLA D2 positive.Mslt did not reveal sleep onset REM. A diagnosis of Narcolepsy was not made. Pt. has had occasional sleep paralysis.If there is no Delta sleep, what is that indicative of if not narcolepsy?
