More history will be helpful.
Eg: other medical history, weight gain,recent surgeries, envirment where he lives, pets, medication and bed partner interview and occupation Etc.
Without the above D.D.:
PLMS- present without RLS
OSA
GERD
Nocturnal asthma
Non restorative sleep secondary to Alfa intrusion or combination of the above
