Need good sleep log, perhaps actigraphy.
Consider "long-sleeper", also possible
delayed sleep phase syndrome.
Hypersomnolence was NOT documented on the
MSLT. How much total sleep time on the
pior night PSG?
One good, although most impractical, way to
sort this one out is at one of the few
temporal isolation facilities (chronobiology
laboratory).
Was drug screen accomplished?
"Alpha intrusion" is non-specific -- were
there snore-arousals, is there a pain problem
or other clinical correlate that would go
along with nonrestorative sleep?
Any odd behaviors at night?

I'd like to get followup on this one...
