Thank you Dr Wexler for your comments. I am
also suspicious of snore arousals on this patient.
Before starting on stimulents I am doing a CPAP
titration looking carefully for snore arousals and
give emperic trail of CPAP before committing him for longterm stimulant drug therapy and
labeling him with Dx Idiopathic Hypersomnelance.
