Besides Stanford Sleep School prep coures I found The Sleep Pearls by Berry and the condensed book on sleep overview Clinical Companion by Chokroverty, and Evaluation and Management of Sleep Disorders by Reite, Ruddy, Nagel for a quick read, also Practical guide to Insomnia byMcCall and Rakel good. You should have down cold the ICSD and already know from part I Butkoff's atlas. Good luck! JPH
