At her age OSA and PLMS would be high on the list. I don't like cutting corners in treating. If the problem is big enough to her she will do what is needed.
I had a patient 74 y/o with hypersomulence with normal PSG. She seemed to have idiopathic hypersomnia but was acquired 2 years earlier instead in youth as ICSD requires. I started her on 100mg of modafinil and it was a great cure. If I can find some more cases maybe a paper. JPH
