That was an excellent answer. I too was concerned about the nightmares so I didn't want to use sinemet. I started her on Mirapex, and she said she slept a little better but that she developed increased "body aches". Right now she is not using it for a week and then will try it again (sort of like a Kochs approach). I spoke to her about the mouth guard and will reevaluate your excellent points!
