They are changing the test each year and I hear it will all be computer scored probably this time. There were 12 cases (pt. from Hell). We were asked to comment on each section, DX, DD, RX, etc. by writting out the answers. You would be given H&p, lab, PSG, MSLT, etc. on which to base the answers. The Stanford course prepared me well for the test.
