The limited history suggests sleep apnea on the basis of age, gender, snoring hisotyr and restless sleep. The frequency of the symptoms is not given but choking sensations although part of sleep apnea associate with reflux, panic attacks, seizures and post-nasal drip. Other causes are possible but the limited history does not seem to justify insufficient sleep, PLMs, seizures, etc.
