You tried to create a folder on drive E: for it to put some files. E: is probably your CD drive or a drive which does not have 21mb of space or a network drive.
Try installing again(take disk out and put back in), and give it some time to ask you where you want to put the configfiles. Choose your C: drive. You will need to wait until it copies files into that drive and it will ask you again where to put some other files. Choose C: again. This will create two new folders on your C:. You can delete them after the exam, also you can remove Sandman on a Disk from the program itself. While looking at patient data, go to File menu and at the bottom choose, Uninstall.
