Some unrelated questions:
1) Specifically, where are the extra leads used in REM behavior disorder?
2) What is "dissociated REM sleep" mentioned in "sleep paralysis" in the ICSD?
3) If "propriospinal myoclonus," "painful legs and moving toes" and "nocturnal leg cramps" are part of the RLS differential, how do we differentiate them if a PSG is not routinely indicated in the w/u of RLS?
4) What are the PSG findings in Nocturnal Paroxsysmal Dystonia? How is it distinguished from Nocturnal Leg Cramps? From Confusional Arousals?
