Last night I sent The Story of Dr. D. to everyone on our email list. Hope it helped.

If you did not receive it email the school and give us your best email address to be reached.

There are many aspects that can be discussed. For one, if Dr. D. had stated that the history and data pointed to Narcolepsy but due to the pattern of arousals would like to check endoesophageal pressure, before making a life long diagnosis of Narcolepsy, to rule out any upper airway problem, I think he would have gotten the points.

I don't believe you are penalized for recommending more information but make sure your first impression is consistent with the data.
