Are questions regarding upper airway resistance syndrome (UARS) or respiratory effort related arousals (RERAs) 'fair game' on the exam? I ask this because it can be particularly difficult to score UARS/RERA events and because the ICSD does not have a diagnostic code for UARS/RERAs.
