These would be "RERAs" if there is an associated increase in resp "effort".
In absence of RERA criteria, I believe I would describe the findings and suggest an esophageal manometry with PSG looking for UARS.
Perhaps one should also say at this point that neither of above are ICSD approved diagnoses.

I am keen to hear what my peers have to say re my position!
