With the utmost humbleness, we really appreciate your continued help. However, the E cases and E MSLT/MWT answers should be posted in one place in their entirety to be most helpful to us. For example the Email sent to us for the E cases missed case BB and FF. I think the cases were handled a little differently for the two groups you had and it would be nice to see them all in one place, maybe on this web site.
