1) Why is CPAP difficult to titrate with central apnea?
2) Is it true that Tegretol, Neurontin, clonidine, and iron are not effective in PLMD?
3) Is thyroid testing indicated in RLS/PLMD?
4) If PLM are revealed by CPAP during titration, one does not treat it, correct?
5) Is the "suggested immobilization test" still used?
6) If someone is using soporifics that enhance OSAS (or taking a nightcap), what does one do to avoid a false-negative PSG (for apnea)?
