I realize this is the eleventh hour but ... got to get through!
Roy has so wonderfully (thankyou) given so many examples re how to "describe an epoch" of PSG re sleep stage, EEG, arifact, but I am still not "crystal" clear re describing a CPAP titration. A few questions:
1. What are the clues on a nasal-CPAP-titration-PSG (no air-leak channel present, no Pes, no additional oral flow thermistor) to suggest a mask/mouth leak and how can we tell them apart? Diffrentiate them from a hypopnea?
2. What should be the "salient" points that must be included in "describing a CPAP titration study" to maximize scoring points on th exam?
Thanks for all the help!
