Your answer is very helpful as it reminded me of a number of things I also neglected; missing leads, resp rate and cardiac rate which are so often given in our pracise that we forget to note them, that an incomplete epoch was provided.
I felt it waas important to note the double referencing as the solution for the resp artifact directly hinges on this; one could not simply change reference leads AND there was likely a reason for the double referencing in the first place which would now have to be dealt with such as replaceing the EKG leads due to EKG artifact. I had no hesitancy to call this STG 2 as I think the spindle can be seen and the early K can be distinguished from the subsequent artifact. I did not consider that the Leg channels were so flat as to suggest that the sensitivity was too low, simply that there were no leg movements. It would be worth mentioning the need for biocals in order to confirm this.
