The BiPAP was instituted with a ffm and was very well tolerated eliminating REM desats and reducing arousals, nocturia and mild EDS. No further episodes of clinically diagnosed RBD, no responsible meds. PCO2 reduced to 50 and PO2 up to 84. Very happy patient. No treatment with Clonazepam due to 1) NMD possble development of OSA and 2) RBD likely due to arousals from REM which have been reduced/eliminated.
