With respect to the MWT; what is the agreed lower limit of normal. In Dr. Turner's notes from the course he says, 40 min: 12.9, 20 min: 10.9. Are the cut-offs you state intended to increase the sensitivity of the test? Are these new, agreed to parameters? He also mentions both one epoch of sleep or 10 sec of sleep.
