I think part of the plan would be further visits to continue formualing plans with this patient. It would also allow us to see how well she is willing to implement many of the recommendations

Same wake up time was implied but not clearly explained with stimulus control aspect of therapy and also some enforced restrcition of the total sleep period- sorry if this was not entirely clear
