3 months and colics

My daughter has 15 weeks, has a lot of colics, cries a lot. The doc has said that she has colics and sleep disorder. She is good sleeping in the night, but sleeps only 45 minutes 3 times in the day. The rest of the time she is crying. What can I do ?
