"Normal"? No 2 babies are alike, but I can tell you about My 11 week old.....IN GENERAL, she sleeps 12 hours during the night, up 2x to eat. During the day she takes 3-4 naps, a small one in the morning (half hour), a long one in the afternoon (3 hours) and a small one in the evening (one hour). She is by no means on a schedule and each day is different depending on our schedule, if we are out, etc. You should ask your doc and ask if your baby's sleep patterns are normal or pick up the What to Expect book or Dr. Spocks book for more advice. Good Luck!
