How can I stop him from hurting himself well he sleeps?

Posted by Laura on February 16, 2000 at 14:28:14:

My son is 9 months old and EVERY night he'll scream in his sleep he never wakes up just screams. Also he crawls in his sleep he has done this since he started crawling and before this would never sleep in one position he hits his head on the crib and i'm afraid he's really going to hurt himself i have talked to the doctor about it and he said he has never known a baby to do this i tried putting bumper pads in his crib but he uses them as a step to get out and likes to pull them up. I really need your help so if you have any suggestions please let me know.
thank you
Laura
